The time it takes to complete a commission varies each time. It depends on how big it is and also how many figures are in the piece. If you enquire about a commission I will give an estimated completion time once I have all the information. Commissions are my top priority so I always aim to get them done within a reasonable amount of time. If you want it for a particular date it's best to let me know in advance so I can my do my best to get it finished in time!

If you would like a mount for any of the pieces you order, it can be mounted no extra charge. Framing is different because they are handmade and can take up to at least three weeks to be completed. There will be additional costs which again can vary depending on the size of the piece. I can supply you with a quote for the frame and if you decide later on to not go through with it that's okay too. Most commissions are made using standard paper sizes so that clients can choose their own frames. Unless I've been given a specific size of paper to adhere to buying your own separate frame is usually easier and you will have a wider choice and pick the one that best suits your style :)

If you're ordering a print I attempt to send it out first class delivery that same day. If you would like a print mounted I will do my best to get it done as quickly as possible. Alternatively if you live close by in the Surrey area I'm more than happy to hand deliver any orders for peace of mind. Feel free to let me know what day/time would be best for you. I like to keep a high standard for my work throughout the entire process so making sure pieces and prints are delivered safely is another part of the process!
